1. What products do you sell?
We currently offer shirts and hats featuring the Gutter Growth brand. These are designed for comfort, quality, and to show your support for the community.
2. Do you ship outside the United States?
No, we only ship within the United States at this time.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders go through three steps:

- Fulfillment: It takes 3 to 7 business days to prepare your order
- Shipping: Delivery time depends on your location
- Delivery: You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped
4. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you pick the best fit. Please check the chart before placing your order.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. If there is a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse.
6. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment may be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once the correct address is confirmed.
7. Are any items non-returnable?
Face masks and other sealed goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
